Meet
with a Consultant
The assessment begins with a series of one-on-one
sessions between the client and the senior
consultant who will guide the entire process.
Together, they determine the clients
learning style and set the overall program
goals.
Self-Assessment
Working with the senior consultant, the client completes exercises that stimulate self-reflection and encourage thinking about interests, values, skills and experiences. The process enables the client to step back and create a vision for his or her career transition.
Career Psychologist
In one or two sessions, a career psychologist gets to know the client and offers objective insights into his or her career plan. The psychologist also meets with the senior consultant to get a broader perspective of the client's situation.
Assessment
Tests
The senior consultant, psychologist and client select a customized battery of tests from among the hundreds available. Tests can offer broad insights into work styles and strengths, or can help evaluate a client's aptitude for a particular career path.
360°
Feedback
The client identifies personal
and professional associates who can
provide objective appraisals of his
or her strengths. Individuals may be interviewed by the senior consultant
or the client, in person, by
telephone or in writing.
