Directions

One Financial Center is located on the corner of Atlantic Avenue and Essex Street, directly across the street from South Station.  There is parking available under the building or at other nearby locations indicated on the next page.

From Logan International Airport

Heading north, merge onto 1A S via the ramp to Sumner Tunnel/Government Center/93 N. Turn left to stay on 1A S (toll road), take exit and continue straight. Turn left at Friend Street/Market Street.

Turn left at Merrimac Street, continue onto Congress Street. Turn right at Purchase Street, continue onto Surface Road. Take a sharp left onto Essex Street; One Financial Center will be on your left.

By Train

Take Amtrak the Red Line or Commuter Rail to South Station stop. Following signs to One Financial Center, exit the station. At street level, you will see One Financial Center.

From Western MA

Take Mass. Pike (90) East to exit 24A (South Station). Follow Atlantic Avenue until you can take a left onto Essex Street. One Financial Center is on the corner of Atlantic Avenue and Essex Street.

From Points North (from Route 93, the Tobin Bridge, and the Callahan Tunnel)

Take 93 S to Boston. Cross the Zakim Bridge and take exit 23 (Purchase Street / South Station). While in the tunnel, stay in the right lane. Take exit 23 and drive up the ramp. Once outside, there will be a small green sign on your right – “Financial District.” Drive straight and stay in the right lane.

There will be 4 sets of lights:
1st set - Purchase and Congress streets
2nd set - crosswalk for pedestrians
3rd set - Purchase and Summer streets

Drive through intersection and move into the left lane at 4th set of lights (Lincoln & Essex Sts). Take a sharp left onto Essex Street. Directly in front of you will be a brown building with red awnings. One Financial Center will be on the left.

From Points South

Take the Southeast Expressway (93 N) to exit 20 (Worcester/Logan RTE 90 - South Station). Follow signs for South Station. Follow Atlantic Avenue until you can take a left onto Essex Street. One Financial Center is on the corner of Atlantic Avenue and Essex Street.
